Welcome to Jackson Manor, where exceptional health care and the experience of our staff combine to create one of the most trusted health care facilities in the region. Serving Annville, KY for more than 30 years, we offer services such as Short-Term Rehabilitation Services to include Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, 24-hour Skilled Nursing Care and Long-Term Care. Some residents require a short stay following an illness, injury or acute hospital stay. Others require ongoing quality long-term care and support.

One of our greatest strengths at Jackson Manor is our Therapy Department. Our highly skilled physical, restorative and occupational therapists, and speech pathologists work with residents to help them regain their strength and functional abilities.

Another wonderful advantage for our residents is our experienced and compassionate staff. To promote the health and dignity of each resident, we have a staff of specially trained, caring nurses with diverse professional backgrounds. They meet each resident’s individual needs with compassion and a great depth of experience. They value each resident as a unique individual and find what they do truly rewarding.

Jackson Manor has private and semi-private rooms certified for Medicare and Medicaid. Each spacious room features a lovely view, lots of closet space, special safety features and an emergency call system. Patients are encouraged to bring their favorite furnishings with them to make their rooms feel more like home.
